The "Churn Dash" design surrounds each 6-1/2" inner block. Each inner block is a different design for twelve months. You can use tonal fabrics for the ten fabric colors as we did in our quilt, but you can use batiks, small prints, soft tone on tones, etc. The large floral and small print should be for your focus fabrics and play off of them.
