Fabric Requirements
Slice of Cake 1 - 64-1/2" x 80-1/2"
  • 40, 10" squares - for blocks
  • 3 yards white for blocks
  • 5/8 yard turquoise print for binding
  • 5 yards of fabric for backing
Slice of Cake 2 - 59-1/2" x 71"
  • 30, 10" squares - for blocks
  • 5 yards white for blocks, sashings and border
  • 1/8 yard yellow for block centers
  • 1/2 yard multicolor stripe for binding
  • 4-1/2 yards of fabric for backing
Slice 1: 64-1/2" x 80-1/2"; slice 2: 59-1/2" x 71".
