Two fast, fun, and easy quilts to make from 10" squares.

Fabric Requirements
Suburban 1 - 72" square
  • 30, 10" squares for house blocks (6 green, 3 blue, 2 turquoise, 6 pink, 4 orange, 5 purple, and 4 yellow)
  • 1/3 yard - white for blocks
  • 2-1/4 yards - blue solid for roof background and between block sashing
  • 1-1/8 yards - light blueprint for between row sashing and first border
  • 1/2 yard - dark blue print for second border
  • 1 yard - blue floral for third border
  • 5/8 yard - blue stripe for binding
  • 4-5/8 yards - backing
Suburban 2 - 68" square
  • 36, 10" squares for blocks
  • 2-1/2 yards - white for blocks
  • 1/2 yard - light green print for first border
  • 1 yard - medium green print for second border
  • 5/8 yard - binding
  • 4-1/3 yards - backing
