This batting is made from a patented fiber process that is produced in an eco-friendly facility from quick growing plantation trees. No chemicals are used to hold the batting together and it is naturally fire retardant. Non-toxic, non allergenic, and no PBDE’s. Does not need to be pre-washed, and finished quilt may be washed and dried. Quilt up to 6" apart, 3-5% shrinkage
