Home Comings features so many seasonal projects I can display in my home for all those special family gatherings. My favorite season in this beautifully photographed book is Independence Day Celebrations. There are lap, wall, pillows, banners, and two art projects, sand candles and a patriotic flowerpot.
I’m going to need to host a 4th of July picnic in my backyard this year so I can display all of these sparkling beauties for my family and friends!
The Harvest Celebrations is my other favorite. That section of the book includes instructions for a life size Scarecrow Tactics which will find a home on my front porch this fall. Debbie gives complete step by step illustrated instructions and a general directions section for all the projects in her book. Many of these projects are good for the beginning quilter as well as the advanced. Don’t pass this book up! It will be a great addition to your library for those seasonal projects!
