Anyone who would love to learn how to quilt their own quilts on their domestic machines, or venture into a professional quilting posture, will appreciate the information for both in the book. I have dabbled in all the varying aspects of quilting and found beneficial material contained within the pages of this book. Offered are a number of how to and what if scenarios, and a great deal of encouragement to move forward. Angela has included a number of graphed pages to experiment with drawing your own designs and she guides you in how to do this. Planning a design is highly important and seeing it on paper before quilting it into your pieced top is quite advantageous. You will find a number of Notes and Tips throughout the book to keep you on track. My favorite is all the clever designs, and tricks offered to morph each design into something new and exciting for the upcoming quilts. This is how to build your quilting motif repertoire! You are given permission not to be perfect and ideas on how to "hide the mistakes".
