If you’re new to the quilting world, it can be a bit intimidating trying to find all of the information you need to learn how to tackle this new craft. Thankfully, Harriet and Carrie Hargrave have a solution to this problem with their book Quilter’s Academy, Volume 1 – Freshmen Year. They cover so much in this book! The information is clear and concise and leaves you anxious to learn even more. The fact that they cover the little things (that go a long way!) that a lot of other tutorials seem to overlook, makes this book an extremely valuable asset. I would definitely recommend this great reference book to anyone trying to learn the ropes as a beginner quilter.
