There is something so appealing about Kathy Schmitz’ primitive redwork designs – even when they’re not stitched in red! <br>I love having a project going that I can take in the car, watch TV and do, or just sit and do when I should be doing something else. There are several in this book that will just fit that bill. I’m really excited about the Summer Reigns wall hanging – each of the motifs are stitched on small pieces of fabric and then stitched together to make the wall hanging. There are great portable projects in the book, from pincushions to bags to pillows and even a notions keeper.
