Books that have lots of quilt blocks are my all-time favorite reference books. The Quilt Block Bible is a great one – not only are there over 200 blocks on the pages of the book, but they’re all pictured in actual fabrics. The companion CD-ROM has the patterns in PDF format for ease of use. There are even some suggestions toward the back of the book for actual quilts made from the assorted blocks.
This book will do double duty in my craft room – it will not only be a handy reference for quilting projects, but since many of my painted designs also feature quilt blocks, I will be able to use it for those projects as well.
