The Ultimate Quilting Bible is a reference book that you will consult every time you want learn a new quilting technique.  This book is suitable for a beginner who would appreciate tutorials on how to measure and cut fabric as well as an advanced quilter looking for tips to make star points line up or sewing together curved pieces.  Any level of quilter would find useful information in this book.  I particularly appreciate that this book covers a huge range of traditional quilting motifs, but then shows variations and combinations of those motifs.  I am a beginning but adventurous quilter, and I have found that The Ultimate Quilting Bible answers my beginner questions as well as gives me inspiration for more difficult quilts to try later.
