It’s become somewhat of a joke around here at the office. When we are talking about projects for upcoming fabric lines, inevitably I will pipe up with "I’ve got an IDP (Independent Designer Pattern) for that!" But as with most jokes, there is always a thread of truth. You can find an independent designer's pattern for just about everything, and there are more and more patterns being added all the time so I suggest you check back often if you don't see one you need.
With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I thought I would show you some of the IDPs that you could get done in a weekend! The nice thing about downloadable patterns is that the wait is minimal - only about an hour or less for most downloads to show up in your email - so make sure your email is correct. Mom’s always appreciate a homemade gift made with love, so let me help get your wheels turning.
