I've just been alerted that our network is having a site-wide issue with groups and email notifications. Two of our own members have reported issues, either with not receiving email notifications when they are supposed to, or receiving email notifications when they're not supposed to.
The network is working on the problem, but they are behind and have not given me a time estimated. I'll keep you posted.
