We are very excited to introduce five new mini-collections today; each designed to coordinate perfectly with our Quilter's Candy basics.

The five mini collections are:

Zippee - a quirky and loveable fabric that is ideal for kid projects.

Around Town - a vibrant collection full of fun city-inspired images and bright colors.

Homegrown - a beautiful collection of bold garden images, dainty patterns and bright, rich colors.

Abigail's Garden - a collection of traditional elegance that features an array of lush floral patterns, well-coordinated with neutral tone-on-tone basics.

Sunday Afternoon - a feminine collection with the perfect balance fo whimsical and modern with floral mosaic patterns, intertwined with simplicistic designs and bright, fresh colors.

All of our fabrics are designed in-house and these new mini collections will be the first collections to be introduced by our wonderful new fabric designer, Jenni Calo.  Prior to coming to Connecting Threads, Jenni's background was in apparel print design in New York City, and her experience and versatility are reflected in the quality of her designs.

We hope you enjoy these new collections, I know I will!

    Hi Sally,
Yes, you do need to order the batting separately for the potholder kit. We recommend Insul-Bright (http://www.connectingthreads.com/tools/Insul-Bright__D20667.html) because then it is heat safe, so you won't burn your hands.

Question about the potholder kit: Do you need to get batting for it, and what kind do you recommend?
  3. Ginger Says:
    love them!
