I'll be honest, I'm not one for trying new tools out; usually I just make do with what I have. But I made a point to buy the Dritz Thermal Thimbles because I often burn my fingers while ironing, and I thought I might as well give these a shot. This past weekend I was working on a little project and the piecing was very small, so I was so excited to try these thimbles out. Oh my goodness, they are awesome! My fingers were practically touching the iron and I didn't get burnt at all!
The package comes with three thimbles, large, medium, small to be used (at least this is how I used them), on the thumb, pointer and middle finger. I was so excited about these I just had to blog about it. I highly recommend everyone try these.

I was doing small pieces this week, and pressing seams open, and wished I had something like this! I might need to look these up.
