If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 60 days and we will be happy to process your return or exchange.  After 60 days you may be subjected to a 25% re-stocking charge. Replacements

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the credit card or Pay Pal Account you used to pay for the original order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Gift Returns

Please contact Customer Service by emailing au@connectingthreads.com or call 18 0010 6750, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am to 6:00 pm, US Pacific Time. The Customer Service Representative will assist you with the return process.

Once your return is processed, we will place the refund amount as an on account credit for your future use, or you may request this amount be used on an Exchange order.  

If you're the gift giver, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method. Just follow the instructions for Returning an item.

Missing Items

Items That Can't Be Returned

Connecting Threads does not accept returns for the following items:
