Will an item that is sold for one price in the Connecting Threads catalog sell for a different price online?
We do occasionally run exclusive web specials online. If you'd like to be kept up to date on these deals, make sure you're signed up for our e-mail newsletter. For the most part, our online and catalog pricing is the same.
Does Connecting Threads offer price adjustments for online purchases?
We do offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down online up to one week after the expiration date of the most current catalog. If you get a price adjustment you will receive a Connecting Threads on account credit for use on your next order, not cash. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you MUST call customer service. Please have your order number or customer number ready.
Price adjustments are not available for merchandise purchased using promotional discounts and time specific sales similar to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
What's your tax policy?
Taxes are based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction, which is derived from your order's ship-to address. In the United States, we collect applicable tax only in the states of California, Kentucky, Texas, Ohio and Washington. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.
As a service to our Australia, Canadian and United Kingdom customers, we collect from you the appropriate charges ahead of shipping so you do not incur additional fees. Tax is calculated on the total value of items ordered, including shipping & handling.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has, indeed, been shipped. We hope you understand.
