Working with solid fabrics can provide a resting place for the eye by breaking up what seems to be an endless source of busy prints. This pattern was designed intentionally using one print and a number of solids. This quilt is quite interesting in the way that it is constructed. The herringbone design is repeated not only in one block, but transfers through the entire quilt as a whole. It's the perfect choice for an intermediate-to-advanced quilter.
