Warranties
Connecting Threads and its affiliate, the ConnectingThreads.com web site, stand behind all of our Connecting Threads branded products. We offer a full refund or exchange for any Connecting Threads brand product within one year of the purchase date if the product does not perform as it should during normal use.
The products that we resell (not Connecting Threads brand) are in some instances covered by warranties of the original manufactures. Accordingly, Connecting Threads hereby disclaims all warranties express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for all items that do not carry the Connecting Threads brand.
Connecting Threads does accept returns of all items in accordance with its Return Policy.
