Ordering Offline
To assist you in placing your order offline
You may print out your Basket (cart) at any time. Just go to Check out, enter
your Email Address and Password, and you will be taken to the Checkout page. Just
below the title Check out is a link to a page with a printer-friendly copy of your
Basket (cart) and Customer Information.
If you choose one of the payment options listed below, do not enter your credit card
data on the Checkout page (the only page where you can complete your order online).
Simply follow the instructions below for the option that fits your needs.
Credit card over the phone
If you prefer, you may call us toll free, Monday through Friday 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
PT or Saturday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, at (800) 574-6454 to place an order with your
credit card.
Mail your order
If you prefer to mail your order to us with a check or money order (U.S. Residents
only) or credit card data enclosed, you may print the entire order from the checkout
page (or the printer-friendly version) and mail it to Connecting Threads, PO Box 870760, Vancouver
WA 98687-7760.
Please Note: If you choose to mail your order, payment must be enclosed or your items
cannot be shipped.
FAX your order
If you prefer to fax your order, you may print your order from the checkout page (or
the printer-friendly version), include your credit card type (VISA, MasterCard, etc.),
number, expiration date, signature and FAX it to (360) 260-8877.
