Returns
We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from Connecting Threads.
If our products do not please you for any reason, merely return them to us within 30 days for a full product refund.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Please fill out the back of your invoice and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange for the amount of the product.
Your refund will be provided in the same manner as the original order was purchased.
When using a Gift Certificate as the pay method of your order any over payment will be placed on your customer account for future purchases.
Your refund will be processed and on it’s way within 2 weeks.
Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
