Your order will be shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Mail Service. As a service
to our Canadian customers, we collect from you only a GST & Duty of 7% on the
total value of items ordered, excluding any shipping charges. Please
Note: You are responsible for any HST or PST, if applicable.
Since all postal fees are paid ahead of time, you won’t have to wait for your
package - it comes right to your door so you can start quilting immediately! All Canadian
orders are trucked to the border and will be delivered using Canada Post’s Expedited
Mail Service. You should expect delivery in 5-14 business days depending upon your
location. If your package is not delivered within 14 days, please call us at 1-800-574-6454,
Monday through Friday 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT or Saturday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, and we
will gladly assist you in tracking your order.
