Payment and Shipping outside the U.S. or Canada
We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping for our ConnectingThreads.com customers. We will continue to ship to all of the United States, Canada, all US territories, and all Military addresses that include an APO or FPO.
Our primary reason for this is that we are not able to provide our international customers
with the same superior service we provide to our North American customers. We have
not been able to locate satisfactory shipping options that will work for all 75 countries
we were servicing for our other companies.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. You can still purchase
from Connecting Threads if you have a US or Canadian shipping address, such as a friend or a mail forwarding service. All payment is via credit card and our prices are quoted
in U.S. dollars only. In this case, we can accept your order using your international
address for billing, but a domestic address for shipping.
