<p>Many of the items we list as &#8220;Save for Later&#8221; and not backordered is due to the inability to confirm the exact day the item will be available in our warehouse.  We strive to provide the most accurate arrival dates for items that are out of stock and work hard to have over 99% of our stock available at all times.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How to use the Design Table:</strong></p>
<p>We have provided a Design Table that you can use to see up to 8 different fabrics on the table at one time.</p>
<p><strong>How to add fabrics to the Design Table:</strong></p>
<p>While viewing the Individual Fabrics you will see the “Design Table” Icon at the bottom right side of each fabric swatch.  If you click on the Icon it will automatically place the fabric on your Design Table.  If you want to add additional fabric to the Design Table you can click the Back button in your browser and you will go back to the fabric collection you just put on the Design Table.  Now you can pick another fabric from the same collection to add to the Design Table.  If you want to add a fabric from a different Collection you can click on the Fabric Tab and it will show you all the collections and you can proceed to the individual fabrics and add them to your Design Table by clicking on the Design Table Icon at the bottom right side of the fabric swatch.</p>
<p>Once all of the fabric is on your Design Table you can move them around by dragging them with your mouse.  You can also remove or add the fabric on the table by checking the “Add/Remove” box under the fabric swatch at the bottom of the page.  You can also delete the fabric from the Design Table group by clicking the “Design Table” Icon at the bottom right of the fabric swatch.</p>
<p><strong>Ordering the Fabric on the Design Table:</strong></p>
<p>Once you have viewed the fabric on the Design Table you can order the amount you will need by finding the swatch at the bottom of the page and clicking one of the Basket Icons to the right of each swatch.  The top Basket Icon is for a 1 yd cut, the second is for a ½ yd cut and the third is used to request a custom cut of the fabric.</p>
<p>Have fun mixing and matching fabric.</p>

</em></strong>How your Basket (shopping cart) Works</p>
<p>Isn&#8217;t it amazing that you can put items in your Basket, leave ConnectingThreads.com, then come back a few days later and the items are still in your Basket?</p>
<p>We can &#8220;remember&#8221; your Basket via cookies. When you place an item in your Basket, we place a small file on your hard drive (called a cookie) to remember what you have placed in your Basket.</p>
<p>This method works wonderfully if you always browse our site from the same computer. But, many people surf not just from home, but also from work, school, or the library. If you started shopping from home, but then surfed our site from work, you will notice that the items you put in your Basket at home don&#8217;t show up when you are at work. This is because all of that Basket information is stored on the hard drive of your computer at home.</p>
<p><strong>To make your Basket &#8220;mobile&#8221;<br />
</strong>Be sure to log in to ConnectingThreads.com on both computers. If you place some items in your Basket from home, then log in (or log in and then shop), we will attach the contents of your Basket to your user record (this record contains all the information you entered when you registered with us - name, address, etc.) Then, when you are browsing our site from a different computer, just log in and the items in your &#8220;saved&#8221; Basket will be instantly available.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter at what point you log in to our Web site. You can add things to your Basket, log in, and we will then save the contents of your Basket. As you make changes to your Basket (by adding, modifying quantities, or deleting items) we will automatically save the changes to your customer record information. The same holds true if you come back to our site from another computer. You can start shopping, then log in. Once you log in, we can add the items you just added to Basket to the &#8220;saved&#8221; Basket you had from the other computer.</p>
<p>Remember, unless you log in to our site, our computers don&#8217;t know who you are, and won&#8217;t be able to attach the contents of your Basket to your customer record.</p>
<p><strong>What happens if I use more than one computer to shop, but I don&#8217;t log in?<br />
</strong>Items that you place in your Basket or Save for Later will remain on the hard drives of the computers that you use. For example, let&#8217;s say you start shopping from your computer at home, but do not log in. You then go to the library, and continue browsing ConnectingThreads.com from there. You will not be able to access the Basket or Save for Later you created at home, because you did not log in at home. If you log in to our site while you are at the library, and then go back home and log in to our site again, we will combine your &#8220;home&#8221; Basket and Save for Later with your &#8220;library&#8221; Basket and Save for Later.</p>
<p>Think of logging into ConnectingThreads.com in the same way that you save files on a CD-ROM. If you want to use a file on different computers, you save it on a CD-ROM to take with you. When you log into ConnectingThreads.com, we save your Basket and Save for Later for you, so that you can access them anywhere you go!</p>

<p>To edit your personal information including the ship to address, click on the &#8220;Edit My Account Information&#8221; link. After you modify this information click on the &#8220;Update&#8221; button.</p>
<p>If you want to modify your Basket (cart) by changing the item quantity then click on the button to the right (Update) or click on the &#8220;X&#8221; button in the &#8220;Remove&#8221; column for items you wish to delete altogether. If you want to wait and purchase the item at another time click the &#8220;Save For Later?&#8221; button. If you wish to add additional items to your Basket (cart), then use the product navigation links at the top of the page. This section also allows you to change the Shipping Method to Rush, if applicable. Your particular combination of shipping address and items in the cart may not allow this option (for example, postal regulations prohibit shipping aerosol items by air or outside the continental U.S.).
