Reviewer_ID=60041512|Get ready for some fun year around projects with Nancy Halvorsen’s latest in her Art to Heart series. Count on It has little quilts for every month of the year plus birthdays, and letters and numbers to personalize and count the days. I love anything that is seasonal, and these designs will work up quickly just in case I get a little behind during the year. Can’t you just see the personalized birthday appliqué done on a gift bag and the gift be one or more of the little quilts? As a painter, I always look at Nancy’s designs as painting patterns too, and this book is no exception - not only are the appliqué designs easily adaptable, but the letters will be fun to use to paint signs with catchy sayings. I can’t wait to get started…hmmm, fabric or paint???
