This quilt may look complex, but is easily pieced from half-square triangles made with sets of 2-1/2? strips. The unique layout results in large and small pinwheels parading throughout the quilt and framed by a simple border treatment.
Fabric Requirements:
- Thirty-two to forty, 2-1/2 in strips (8-12 light; 24-28 medium/dark)
- Light Prints (2) 1-1/4 yard of each
- Red Print 3/4 yard
- Blue Print (outer border) 3/4 yard
- Gold (inner & outer borders) 1/2 yard
- Binding 1 yard
- Backing 4 yards
