We asked Vicki to share her secret for perfect looking applique when she visited the Connecting Threads office. By using freeser paper and folded fabric edges, Vicki's technique makes for worry-free applique, as there are no raw edges of fabric to fray when sewing. Vicki uses her sewing machine, but you could also use this technique for hand applique if you prefer.
