Spectacular doesn't begin to describe this quilt with its multiple radiating borders. You could tackle it month by month, each time adding the next border or jump in boots-and-all. The design includes piecing and lots of applique, and it's definitely a project for the advanced quilter. But don't let that scare you, it's a grandiose quilt, and it will be cherished for generations to come.
