This unique bag was compiled by amazingly talented group of editors and authors from C&T Publishing. Inspired by Van Gogh?s painting Bedroom in Arles, hundreds of hours went into the making of this one-of-a-kind quilt. The Bedroom in Arles image was enlarged and then sliced into six vertical sections, one for each artist to render with their own individual choices for fabrics and embellishments. The six unique slices were then brought together and beautifully quilted with stitching designed to harmonize and enhance all the imagery. The finished quilt was auctioned off to raise money for the National Art Materials Trade Association (NAMTA) Foundation, which raises money to help provide art scholarships to students and grants for art projects.
