Being a visual learner, Charm School caught my eye as I flipped through the pages and caught a glimpse of the beautiful color photos, well designed layout, and easy to read content. This instructional book for beginners includes very understandable information for the most inexperienced quilter.

As a confident beginner who quilts on occasion, I don’t have a lot of technical experience when it comes to making quilts, but Vanessa Goertzen’s easy to follow instructions helped me understand how simple it is to piece together a quilt using 5” x 5” pre-cut charm packs, fat quarters, or pieces of scrap fabric.
