Cookies and Cream is a fun and easy fat quarter friendly pattern with blocks that resemble sandwich cookies. Light flickers through the slats in a blind and snatches of blue sky appear here and there. A dramatic dark background kicks this up a notch. This pattern is at a confident beginner level.
