Peppermint Dish Pattern Download

Too much candy at Christmas? Never happens-just ask any little boy or girl! As for grownups, we appreciate candy that we can enjoy without any calories, so have a as many peppermints as you want with this quilt. To make your candy dish as pretty as you can, pick a fanciful print for the background.
Of course, this looks like Christmas candy, but think beyond red-and-white peppermints. Can you picture brightly colored beach balls over a background of fish?

Fabric Requirements

• 2 1/3 yards of red print for peppermints, accent borders, and binding
• 2 yards of print for alternate blocks and for the innermost and outermost borders
• 1 1/2 yards of dark green print for blocks
• 1 1/4 yards of white-on-white print for peppermints
• 7/8 yard of medium green print for middle border
• 3 7/8 yards of fabric for backing
