Phoebe is elegant and sophisticated and the perfect everyday handbag. Designed to showcase your favorite coordinating fabrics, the bag features a decorative ruffled panel on the front, and is embellished with self-cover buttons.

The ruffled panel can also be used as a pocket, and conceals a secret zipper pocket which is convenient for storing items you need to get to in a hurry.
