This Cheeky little Sun Hat has a soft fabric crown and a brim just over 3" wide. There is even an optional draw string that you can add to keep the hat on in a stiff breeze.
I made mine using medium weight cotton (quilting cotton) and I even made one out of laminated fabric for the Portland rain - hence the name.
