Fabric Requirements:
- 1 Fat Quarter (or scraps that equal 1 FQ) for the outside fabric
- 1 Fat Quarter for the lining fabric
- 1 pack of Insul-Bright (or other heat-safe batting)
- Essential Thread Cotton Spool
- Optional: fabric or ribbon for hanging loop
