This is a Hawaii Ana Quilt pattern, instructions and fabric supply list for a beautiful Tropical Seahorse! The directions call for needle-turn applique' (pieced hand quilting), but you can also use fusing to iron the fabric in place and raw edge machine applique if you prefer. I've had many people tell me they also like to have fun creatively adding thread painting on the Sea Grass, etc.
