I have always been a stick to the rules, follow a pattern quilter, and only did piecing and applique. When I looked through the pages of this book I was immediately inspired. I love the projects! I am not confident in painting but I can see myself doing this. I also have some hand-dyed fabrics and gradations in my fabric stash that I could use. The instructions and illustrations are great. I am anxious to get started!
