If your package is not delivered within the expected time frame quoted in Checkout, please contact Customer Service at 800-574-6454, Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM PT, and we will happily assist in tracking your order. We contract with several shipping carriers, and your package may be shipped via USPS, Newgistics, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please also include a physical address as your order may be delivered via one of the Ground services listed.
