I just love the rustic whimsy of embroidery detail in a quilting project. It adds so much fun and beauty—little details that just beg to be explored. That is why when I saw Patchwork Loves Embroidery by Gail Pan I was instantly enchanted. First off let me point out that her embroidery patterns are classic and timeless and can easily be adapted to anything that you want to embroider. (I personally love tea towels) But it is not just for the embroidery that you will want to buy this book. The quilting projects are the perfect frame for the embroidery. There are small projects as well as large projects in the book, a little something for everyone. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
