Half-square triangles mimic the look of "diamond tread steel" in this pattern, which is perfect for beginner quilters. This 8-page pattern includes full instructions for two different design variations in three sizes each. One of the design variations is an all-over pattern, while the other features a significant amount of negative space for a fresh, modern look. Full-color diagrams illustrate nearly every step in the process.
