Frequently Asked Block of the Month Questions (FAQS)

What will I get in my box?

  • Each month you will receive a kit to make a portion of your quilt. At the end of the program, you will have all that you need for the finished quilt top..

Do you ship subscription boxes outside of the United States?

  • Yes! We currently ship to Canada for no additional cost, and to Australia and the United Kingdom for $10. 

When will I receive my first box?

  • Your first box will ship on the 1st of the following month, after you sign up.

Can I return my subscription box? 

  • While we're happy to send you a replacement if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we do not otherwise offer refunds on subscription boxes..

Can I buy the Block of the Month pattern separately? 

  • Select patterns can be purchased through our website. Additional patterns from past Block of the Month programs are also available!

Can I combine my subscription box purchase with the rest of my Connecting Threads purchase?

  • We utilize Chargebee to process and manage our subscriptions, so unfortunately, we are not able to combine your subscription order with other Connecting Threads purchases. Your subscription box will be charged and shipped separately. 

When will my credit card be charged?

  • Your first month will be charged right away. Future charges will be made on the 11th of every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • We'll be sad to see you go! To unsubscribe, log into your customer account and click "edit". This allows you to change or cancel your subscription.
