Bright, cheery, and ready to claim the throne as everyone's favorite quilt. Split Stars is a fresh take on a traditional star block, and looks great in prints or solid fabrics. Split Stars allows you to mix and match your fabrics for each block. Each print is used twice as the outside of a star, and twice as the inside of a star. The end result is that it appears that you've used more fabrics than you have!
Fabric Requirements:
Crib (49" x 64")

• 1/3 yd each of 6 assorted prints
• 2-1/8 yd background fabric
• Binding - 1/2 yd
• Backing - 3-1/4 yd

Throw (64" x 79")

• 1/3 yd each of 10 assorted prints
• 3-1/2 yd background fabric
• Binding - 5/8 yd
• Backing - 4-1/2 yd

Twin (77" x 92")

• 1/3 yd each of 15 assorted prints
• 4-2/3 yd background fabric
• Binding - 2/3 yd
• Backing - 7-1/4 yd

Queen (92" x 92")

• 1/3 yd each of 18 assorted prints
• 5-3/4 yd background fabric
• Binding - 3/4 yd
• Backing - 8-1/2 yd
